Organic Certification
Organic certification support, from farm records to final documentation.
We help you understand which organic certification standard applies to your product and market, organise the required farm/process records, and prepare your application to an accredited certification body.
What is Organic Certification?
Organic certification confirms that agricultural produce or processed food products are grown and handled according to a recognised organic standard — free from synthetic pesticides, fertilisers and other prohibited inputs, with specific requirements for processing, labelling and traceability.
In India, domestic and export organic certification is most commonly assessed against the National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP) framework, administered through accredited certification bodies; export markets such as the EU or US may require certification against their own equivalent standards.
Gurur Consultancy helps you identify the certification standard relevant to your target market, organise farm or facility records, and prepare your application and documentation for an accredited certifying agency — we do not issue the certification ourselves.
Why this matters for your business

- Exporters targeting markets that require recognised organic certification
Eligibility & requirements
- Applicable to farms and processing units that follow (or are transitioning to) organic practices — most standards require a conversion period before full organic status is granted
